Testimonials

“Lindsey sees the potential in my essays when I’m struggling to define the central theme. She has spurred me on from disjointed to publication-worthy pieces. Her enthusiasm and nuanced ability to dig into what can be improved is invaluable. I was inspired, happy, and could express my ideas more effectively after working with Lindsey.”“Lindsey has been an invaluable influence on my writing. She is, on the one hand, a gifted encourager when I worry I will not find the words to express myself, urging me on and offering helpful prompts to jump-start the flow; and on the other hand, she is a gifted editor when I have found perhaps too many words to express myself, gently encouraging me to pare back, offering confidence that the power of my story comes through better without all the gilding. She is an asset at the beginning, middle, or home stretch of the process of writing an essay.”“Lindsey is an intuitive, passionate, and supportive instructor whose creativity and talent for helping others to shape a story is unparalleled.
